The Chief Commissioner, by instrument, may delegate any function or power the Chief Commissioner has under this Act, except section 124B, to a police officer of or above the rank of inspector.

The Chief Commissioner, by instrument, may delegate any function or power the Chief Commissioner has under section 124B to a senior police officer.
