21 Application for variation or revocation
The Chief Commissioner may apply to the Court for the variation or revocation of a serious crime prevention order.
The individual in respect of whom a serious crime prevention order is made may, with the leave of the Court, apply for the variation or revocation of the order.
The Court may grant leave to apply under subsection (2) if—
the Chief Commissioner files with the Court a notice, signed by the Chief Commissioner, stating that the Chief Commissioner supports the granting of leave; or
the Court is satisfied that there has been a substantial change in circumstances since the serious crime prevention order was made.
