25 Service requirements if serious crime prevention order varied or revoked
If the Court varies a serious crime prevention order under section 23, the Chief Commissioner must cause a copy of the varied order to be served on the individual to whom the order applies.
If the Court revokes a serious crime prevention order under section 23, the Chief Commissioner must cause a copy of the order revoking the serious crime prevention order to be served on the individual to whom the order applied.
The copy of the order must be served as soon as practicable after the serious crime prevention order is varied or revoked but no later than 7 days after the variation or revocation.
