26 Application for renewal of serious crime prevention order
The Chief Commissioner may apply to the Court for the renewal of a serious crime prevention order.
The application must be made before the serious crime prevention order ceases to have effect.
The application must—
meet the requirements that, under section 14(2), must be met by an application for a serious crime prevention order; and
be accompanied by at least one affidavit which addresses the grounds on which the renewal of the serious crime prevention order is sought.
The Chief Commissioner must cause the application to be served on the respondent as soon as practicable after the application is made.
