Schedule 4–Savings and transitional provisions
13 Costs
(1)
On and from the commencement day, Part 8.4 applies to a proceeding to which this Act applies.
(2)
For the purposes of subclause (1), if a proceeding was commenced but not determined before the commencement day, the whole of the proceeding is taken to be a proceeding to which this Act applies.
