Schedule 4–Savings and transitional provisions
16 Perjury
(1)
Section 414 applies to an offence alleged to have been committed on or after the commencement day.
(2)
On and from the commencement day, section 415 applies to a direction that a person be tried for perjury, irrespective of when the alleged perjury was committed.
