Power of authorised officer to prosecute

(1)

Any authorised officer may prosecute for any offence against this Act or any regulations.

(2)

A fee is not payable on the issue or service of any summons or warrant of distress on the complaint of any authorised officer for the purposes of enforcing any of the provisions of this Act or the regulations.
