104 Loaders
(1)
A person who loads for transport in or on a vehicle a load that contains dangerous goods that is a placard load must ensure that the goods and their packaging are stowed, loaded and restrained in accordance with Chapter 8.1 of the ADG Code.
- In the case of a natural person, 18 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 90 penalty units.
(2)
A person who loads for transport in or on a vehicle dangerous goods that are in a cargo transport unit must ensure that the cargo transport unit is restrained in accordance with Chapter 8.2 of the ADG Code.
- In the case of a natural person, 18 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 90 penalty units.
