161 Inspection of registers
(1)
The Authority must ensure that each register is available for inspection by corresponding Authorities and the public.
(2)
The Authority is taken to comply with subregulation (1) by ensuring that there is reasonable access to—
(a)
copies of information in a register; or
(b)
a computer terminal to inspect a register.
