188 Amendment of administrative determinations and approvals on application
(1)
This regulation applies if—
(a)
an application is made to amend an administrative determination or an approval; and
(b)
the application is made in accordance with regulation 176 by the person to whom the determination applies or to whom the approval is given.
(2)
The Authority may amend the determination or approval in accordance with the application.
