190 When revocation or amendment takes effect
The revocation or amendment of an administrative determination or an approval by the Authority takes effect on—
(a)
the day when the person to whom the determination applies or the approval was given is given written notice by the Authority of the revocation or amendment and of the reasons for the revocation or amendment; or
(b)
a later day specified in the notice.
