Meaning of relevant vehicle

In force

In this Division—

relevant vehicle means a road vehicle that is registered in, and operates exclusively or predominantly within, Victoria but does not include—

(a)

a prime mover; or

(b)

a trailer with one axle group or single axle and a fifth wheel coupling, designed to convert a semi‑trailer into a dog trailer.
