214 Licence periods
(1)
A dangerous goods vehicle licence is issued for the period specified in the licence, being a period not longer than 5 years.
(2)
A dangerous goods vehicle licence takes effect on the day when the licence is issued or a later day specified in the licence.
(3)
A dangerous goods vehicle licence is renewed for the period specified in the renewed licence, being a period not longer than 5 years.
