In regulation 5 of the Dangerous Goods (Storage and Handling) Regulations 2012, the definition of Subsidiary Risk is revoked.

In regulation 5 of the Dangerous Goods (Storage and Handling) Regulations 2012 insert the following definition—

In regulation 10(1)(a) of the Dangerous Goods (Storage and Handling) Regulations 2012, for "2008" substitute "2018".

In regulation 13 of the Dangerous Goods (Storage and Handling) Regulations 2012—
