Register of determinations
35 Register of determinations
Subject to subregulation (2), the Authority must keep a register of determinations.
Subregulation (1) does not apply if a corresponding Authority is endorsed or approved by the CAP to keep a central register of determinations.
The register may have separate divisions for different kinds of determinations.
The Authority must record in the register—
each determination made under these Regulations that is not an administrative determination; and
each corresponding determination.
The Authority must note in the register—
the revocation of a determination made under these Regulations; and
a decision of CAP reversing a decision that a corresponding determination should have effect in all participating jurisdictions or participating jurisdictions including Victoria.
