37 Offences related to determinations
(1)
If a determination under this Division, or a condition attached to the determination, prohibits or regulates the doing of any thing, a person to whom the determination applies must not do that thing contrary to the determination or condition.
- In the case of a natural person, 35 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 175 penalty units.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply in the circumstance that the person did not know, and could not reasonably have been expected to know, of the determination, or that the determination applied to the person.
