48 Prime contractors and rail operators
A prime contractor or rail operator must not transport dangerous goods if the prime contractor or rail operator knows, or reasonably ought to know that—
(a)
a special provision applies to the transport of the goods; and
(b)
the transport of the goods does not comply with the special provision.
- In the case of a natural person, 18 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 90 penalty units.
