Part 3Transport of dangerous goods to which special provisions apply
49 Drivers
A person must not drive a road vehicle transporting dangerous goods if the person knows, or reasonably ought to know that—
(a)
a special provision applies to the transport of the goods; and
(b)
the transport of the goods does not comply with the special provision.
