190 Authorised Program Officer must give treatment plan to person
This section applies if—
a treatment plan has been prepared under section 189; and
that treatment plan has been approved by the Senior Practitioner.
Before applying for a supervised treatment order under section 191(1) in respect of a person, the Authorised Program Officer for a primary service provider must ensure that the treatment plan—
is explained to that person and the person's guardian (if any) in accordance with section 7; and
is given to that person and the person's guardian (if any).
