199A Application for review of assessment order
(1)
A person in respect of whom an assessment order has been made may apply to VCAT for a review of the decision by the Senior Practitioner to make the assessment order.
(2)
On an application under subsection (1), VCAT may—
(a)
confirm the decision to make the assessment order and dismiss the application; or
(b)
vary the conditions or period of the assessment order; or
(c)
revoke the assessment order.
