248 Decisions as to disability
If immediately before the commencement day, a decision under section 50 as to whether a person has a disability is in effect, on and from the commencement day that decision is taken to have been made in accordance with section 50 as substituted by the Disability and Social Services Regulation Amendment Act 2023.
