262 Residential treatment facilities
If immediately before the day on which Part 3 of the Disability and Social Services Regulation Amendment Act 2023 comes into operation a residential treatment facility is classified as a short-term residential treatment facility or a long-term residential treatment facility, on and from that day the facility is taken to be a residential treatment facility without further classification.
The facility operated by the Secretary immediately before the day on which Part 3 of the Disability and Social Services Regulation Amendment Act 2023 comes into operation known as the Intensive Residential Treatment Program of the Statewide Forensic Service is taken, on and from that day, to be a residential treatment facility without further classification.
