Application for poppy processing licence

In force

For the purposes of section 69P(3)(d) of the Act, the prescribed particulars are—

(a)

the full name, date of birth, residential address and position of each employee to be employed to carry out activities in the business to be conducted under the poppy processing licence; and

(b)

a copy of the employee identification certificate relating to each of those employees.
