Application for renewal of poppy processing licence

In force

For the purposes of section 69PG(3)(g) of the Act, the prescribed particulars are—

(a)

the full name, date of birth, residential address and position of each employee employed to carry out activities in the business conducted under the poppy processing licence; and

(b)

a copy of the employee identification certificate relating to each of those employees.
