2.4.59G Notice of determination

The Secretary must give notice in writing to an employee—
(a)
advising the employee of a determination made in respect of that employee including any action that the Secretary has taken against the employee; and
(b)
if the Secretary has taken any such action against the employee, advising the employee of his or her right of appeal to a Disciplinary Appeals Board.
