2.6.27D Notice of suspension of registration

If the Institute suspends the registration of a person under this Division it must serve a written notice on the person containing the following information—
that the person's registration is suspended;
the date that the suspension takes effect (which must be no earlier than the date that the notice is served);
the period that the suspension may remain in force under section 2.6.27F.
A copy of a notice served under this section must be—
served on any person employing the person whose registration has been suspended under this Division; and
