2.6.27E Effect and validity of suspension

(1)
A suspension of registration under this Division takes effect on the date specified by the Institute in the notice served under section 2.6.27D.
(2)
The validity of a suspension of registration under this Division is not affected by any failure to serve or give a copy of a notice under section 2.6.27A(3) or 2.6.27D(2).
