2.6.54G Retention period of particulars contained in Register of Disciplinary Action

Subject to section 2.6.54H(1), particulars of a disciplinary action recorded in the Register of Disciplinary Action must remain on the Register for whichever is the longer of the following periods—
5 years after the disciplinary action takes effect;
the period for which the disciplinary action continues to have effect.
Note
For example, if a teacher's registration is cancelled, the particulars recorded in the Register relating to that cancellation will remain on the Register until he or she is re‑registered.
