The board of a TAFE institute must—
prepare a response to a TAFE network statement of priorities for each calendar year that the TAFE network statement of priorities applies to the TAFE network; or
update a response prepared under paragraph (a) for each calendar year that the TAFE network statement of priorities applies to the TAFE network.
In preparing or updating a TAFE institute response, the board of a TAFE institute must—
consider the objectives of the TAFE network; and
consult with the Minister about the proposed TAFE institute response.
