Compliance with standards for registration

The Authority may satisfy itself whether or not a school continues to comply with all or any one or more of the prescribed minimum standards for registration on the basis of—

(a)

the conduct of a review and evaluation by the Authority under section 4.3.3; or

(b)

a report from the person who conducts or represents the school or, in the case of a Government school, from the Secretary; or

(c)

a report of the conduct of a review and evaluation by a person or body approved by the Authority to review a school or group of schools.
