4.3.5 Reports relating to registered schools

The proprietor or principal of a registered school must provide to the Authority in accordance with the regulations a report containing the information required by the regulations.
The Authority may authorise a person or body which is approved by the Authority to review a school or group of schools to provide a report required by subsection (1) for the school or group of schools the person or body is approved to review.
A person must not wilfully provide any false or misleading information in a report under this section.
