9 Chief Executive's responsibilities
(1)
A chief executive officer of the authority (by whatever name called) employed for the purposes of this Act is responsible to the authority for policy and operational matters and to the Secretary for budgetary, personnel and other administrative matters.

(2)
This clause does not apply to the Board of AMES Australia, the Institute or the board of a TAFE institute.
