1 Objectives
The objectives of these Regulations are—
(a)
to facilitate the enrolment of electors and the conduct of parliamentary elections; and
Reg. 1(b) amended by S.R. No. 108/2026 reg. 4.
(b)
to regulate the political donations, State funding and reporting regime.
