(1)
A reference to a Form is a reference to the appropriate form in Schedule 1.
(2)
If—
(a)
a document is required by the Act or these Regulations to be of a particular form; and
(b)
these Regulations prescribe that form—
the fact that the document contains a matter relating to the enrolment of an elector for Commonwealth purposes does not, by itself, mean that the document is not in accordance with the prescribed form.
