23 Application to vote by post
(1)
For the purposes of section 101(2) of the Act, the application form to be used by an elector applying to vote by post in writing must be in accordance with Form M.
(2)
For the purposes of section 101(2A) of the Act, the application form to be used by an elector applying to vote by post by electronic means must be in accordance with Form M.
