20 Notification of modification or removal of cathodic protection system
(1)
The owner of a registered cathodic protection system who—
(a)
changes the operation of that system; or
(b)
becomes aware of a change in the operation of that system—
must notify Energy Safe Victoria within 4 business days and give written notice within 10 business days, after that change or becoming aware of that change.
- 20 penalty units.
(2)
The owner of a registered cathodic protection system who—
(a)
removes that system; or
(b)
becomes aware of the removal of that system—
must notify Energy Safe Victoria within 4 business days and give written notice within 10 business days, after that change or becoming aware of that change.
