251 Certificates of inspection
For the purposes of section 45(4)(d) of the Act, the certificate of inspection must contain the following details—
(a)
the name and licence number of the licensed electrical inspector who inspected the work;
(b)
the employer (if any) of the licensed electrical inspector;
(c)
the date of the inspection;
(d)
the date the certificate of inspection was completed;
(e)
the inspector's signature.
