508 Who is a person conducting a business or undertaking under this Division?
In this Division, a reference to a person conducting a business or undertaking that is carrying out electrical installation work on energised equipment is a reference to—
in the case of electrical installation work carried out by an electrical contractor, the electrical contractor conducting the business or undertaking that is carrying out the electrical installation work; or
in the case of electrical installation work carried out by an electrical worker employed by a person (other than an electrical contractor), the employer of the person who is carrying out the electrical installation work; or
if paragraphs (a) and (b) do not apply, the electrical worker who is carrying out the electrical installation work.
