74L Review of Victorian Critical Infrastructure Register
(1)
Emergency Management Victoria must conduct a review of the accuracy and currency of the Victorian Critical Infrastructure Register—
(a)
at least once every 3 years; and
(b)
on the request of the Minister.
(2)
Emergency Management Victoria must report to the Minister after conducting a review.
(3)
The Minister may after considering a report under subsection (2) make a request to a relevant Minister under section 74D(2).
