74M Resilience improvement cycle
A responsible entity must before the end of each resilience improvement cycle complete the following in respect of each relevant vital critical infrastructure—
(a)
a statement of assurance;
(b)
emergency risk management planning and documentation;
(c)
unless otherwise agreed by the relevant Minister, an exercise;
(d)
an audit.
