Audit certificate and findings

In force

After a responsible entity completes an audit, the relevant Industry Accountable Officer on behalf of the responsible entity must submit to the relevant Minister—

(a)

an audit certificate confirming that the audit has been completed; and

(b)

the audit findings, including the following—

(i)

the outcome of the audit;

(ii)

whether any required actions have been identified.
