22C Function of Technical Advisory Committee
(1)
The function of the Technical Advisory Committee is to provide advice to Energy Safe Victoria as described in this section.
(2)
Subject to subsection (3), the Technical Advisory Committee—
(a)
may provide advice to Energy Safe Victoria on its own initiative; and
(b)
must provide advice to Energy Safe Victoria on request.
(3)
The Technical Advisory Committee must not provide advice on a matter that—
(a)
does not relate to Energy Safe Victoria's functions; and
(b)
is not within the scope of the terms of reference determined under section 22A(c).
