22D Appointment of members of Technical Advisory Committee
(1)
The Minister may appoint a person to be a member of the Technical Advisory Committee.
(2)
In appointing a person, the Minister must seek to ensure that the membership of the Technical Advisory Committee includes members who are able to represent the interests of—
(a)
the electricity industry; and
(b)
the gas industry; and
(c)
employees in those industries; and
(d)
the Victorian community.
