Prescribed time and period for annual fee

In force

For the purposes of section 55 of the Act—

(a)

the prescribed time for payment of the annual fee is—

(i)

the time set out in the operating licence for that payment; or

(ii)

in the case of an amended operating licence set out in regulation 177(4), within 14 days of the day on which the licence is amended; and

(b)

the prescribed period for payment of the annual fee is one year or part of a year, if applicable.
