Prescribed surrender fee for operating licence

In force

For the purposes of section 59(3)(b) of the Act, the prescribed fee for an application for consent to surrender an operating licence is the lesser of—

(a)

10% of the last annual fee invoiced; or

(b)

152·01 fee units.
