204 Prescribed review fee for financial assurance
(1)
The fee for the review by the Authority of the form of the financial assurance on the request of a person under section 225(2)(f) of the Act is—
(a)
224·28 fee units; and
(b)
if the assessment by the Authority exceeds 22·3 hours, an additional fee of 10.08 fee units for each hour (or part of an hour) of assessment.
(2)
The total fee calculated under subregulation (1) must not exceed 1770·05 fee units.
