205 Prescribed fee for requesting release of financial assurance
(1)
The fee for an application under section 232(1) of the Act for the release of all or part of a financial assurance is—
(a)
77·55 fee units; and
(b)
if the assessment by the Authority exceeds 9·6 hours, an additional fee of 8·05 fee units for each hour (or part of an hour) of assessment.
(2)
The total fee calculated under subregulation (1) must not exceed 1053·21 fee units.
