Withdrawal from dispute resolution

S. 118(1) amended by No. 26/2011 s. 34(Sch. item 6.13).

(1)

A party to a dispute may withdraw from dispute resolution at any time by informing the Commission that the party no longer wishes to participate in the dispute resolution.

(2)

Withdrawal from dispute resolution does not prevent a person making an application to the Tribunal under this Act or commencing proceedings in another jurisdiction.
