Offence of discriminatory advertising

In force

A person must not—

(a)

publish or display; or

(b)

authorise the publication or display of—

an advertisement or other notice that indicates, or could be reasonably understood as indicating, that any person intends to engage in any conduct that would contravene a provision of Part 4, 6 or 7.

60 penalty units, in the case of a natural person;

300 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
