Proceedings for the offence of discriminatory advertising

(1)

For the purpose of proceedings under section 182, the Commission may, by written notice, require any person to produce any documents specified in the notice to the Commission.

(2)

A person must not refuse, without reasonable excuse, to produce a document referred to in subsection (1) to the Commission.

60 penalty units in the case of a natural person;

300 penalty units in the case of a body corporate.
